Payment methods — bank + per-register (Item #7, prod)

Captured from lumiere-coffee.nixtech.app. A payment method can now carry a bank + account number, and be linked to specific POS registers (not just a shop) — so different registers can use different bank accounts.

Gate 1 7/7 + Gate 2 2/2 passed. Type=Bank reveals a Bank picker (ABA / Chipmong / ACLEDA / Other — placeholder logos for now) + a Bank Account Number field. Assign the method to a shop, then to specific registers within it (none selected = all registers in the shop). At sale time the pay dialog shows only the methods assigned to that register — verified on prod: a method scoped to Register 1 appears on R1 and is correctly hidden on R2. The bank account # is also appended to each line in the closing-session PDF + thermal shift report for traceability.
