Compact promo card STAGING

Next-Phase n14 (Narong). Verified on staging (deploy + smoke 5/5) + Gate-1 5/5.

Narong: on sub-1920px screens the promo card "takes up the whole space and items in cart are squished" + "make the promotion ~50% smaller." Rebuilt as a compact single-row card — the old p-4 card with a 56px illustration + a second full CTA row is now one tidy row (gift icon · badge + name · Apply). Height dropped from ~150px to 58px (>60% smaller), and the name truncates so it holds up in a 380px cart. Both states (available / applied) + the "no eligible pair" notice preserved; testids unchanged.
