Session history — column rework (prod)

Notion test-run item #4. Captured from get-coffee.nixtech.app. The financial columns are organized into a left-to-right cash flow, with two new columns (Cash In, Cash Out) and a Difference column.

Gate 1 6/6 + Gate 2 5/5 passed. Columns now read: Beginning → Total Sales → Cash In → Cash Out → Theoretical Closing → Ending → Difference. Cash In/Out were already computed for theoretical closing — now surfaced as their own columns (no migration). Difference = Ending − Theoretical Closing, colored red for a deficit / green for a surplus, “—” while a session is open. On this prod capture, 21 closed sessions show a red deficit. “Starting” header renamed to “Beginning” per spec.

Compact pass (Narong follow-up): time stacked under the date in Opened/Closed; the row actions are now icon-only (PDF / printer, label in the tooltip); the “Opened By” column was removed (it squished the table on some screens); and the 7 financial columns share one fixed width (table-fixed, verified 100px each) so they line up crisply.
