Nav + Loyalty UI fixes STAGING

Three of Narong's 2026-07-22 asks, verified on get-coffee.staging. No migration, no backend change.

  1. Removed the duplicate "Orders" — it re-exported the same page as Order Management. Nav item gone; /pos/orders now redirects to /orders; dropped from the POS-lockdown allowlist (cashiers use the in-terminal "All orders" tab).
  2. Promoted "Loyalty Mobile App Settings" to a top-level sidebar item (/loyalty-mobile-app) — it was nesting too deep under Configurations. Old path redirects.
  3. Loyalty "Save" moved to a clear section-level footer — it already persisted the banner list + slide timer, but sat in the Upload column so it read as "create a new banner". Now one obvious Save below the whole section.

Sidebar — top-level Loyalty, no more "Orders"

"Loyalty Mobile App Settings" is now a top-level item under Account (active). Point of Sale's children are Registers / Sessions / Order Management only — the duplicate "Orders" is gone.

Loyalty Promotions — section-level Save

The page now lives at the top-level /cafe/loyalty-mobile-app. The Save sits at the bottom-right footer, below both the Upload and Active Banners columns (past the divider) — clearly saving the whole section, not just an upload.
